Simulation-based approach

XLX is an intensive, simulation-based program in which participants take on the role of entrepreneurs. Working in teams, they develop or work on a business idea and make decisions in a structured, time-pressured environment. Applying it to their own business

Working with experts/mentors

During the session, participants interact with experts from different fields such as finance, marketing and strategy. These experts fill in the role of mentor providing guidance, challenge assumptions and assess progres

Structured in rounds

The program is organized in several rounds, each focusing on a specific aspect of business development. Participants gradually build their business concept or model, receiving feedback and adapting their approach along the way.

Competition and feedback

A competitive element stimulates engagement and intensity. Teams receive feedback and evaluation from experts, which directly influences their progress and outcomes.
